4. Driver Applications

Expressing interest in driving opportunities through the Site does not guarantee employment or contractor engagement. All applicants remain subject to AGB Cargo's standard hiring process, background checks, and DOT/FMCSA qualification requirements.

5. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to keep information on the Site current and accurate, we make no warranty that content, pricing indications, or service descriptions are complete, accurate, or up to date at all times. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without notice.
